Adding A Transit System To Transport Customers

Dear Rigbys,

My name is Armando Vias, and I’m writing to you today regarding a major suggestion that I’d like to see implemented at your complexes and the rest of your owned properties.

Recently, I visited Tennessee for a family vacation, and what I got from that trip is good information to bring back to Warner Robins regarding a transportation system that is used to transport customers from a parking lot to a complex, a little different from the Rigbys Entertainment Complex.

On one of the days when I was on vacation, I visited The Island In Pigeon Forge in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. When I was there, they offered a free bus ride to the entrance of The Island. The area had different parking lots, allowing those who prefer to ride to the entrance instead of walking.

Here’s my suggestion for a future bus/shuttle system. I would like to see something similar implemented down here in Warner Robins. We can use the system to transport people to the Best Western Hotel on property, Rigbys Water World, the Walk-Ons Sports restaurant, and anything else that you may add. Or you can also partner with other businesses to provide free public transit to their businesses, promoting and adding traffic to them in the process. This system would be best for those who don’t have a car, especially if they want to go to the Walk-Ons Sports restaurant, or if they feel tired due to how fun they had at the complex. And, this will help people with disabilities to travel from one destination to another on-property.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reply to this email.

Thank you.

Respectfully,

Armando Vias
