On this page, you will find all of the services that I currently offer. This is a revamped services page. Please note that my services may change from time to time with or without notice.

Technical Support Services (Basic)

I offer basic technical support services. I can help you with the following:

  • Install/setup software on your computer
  • Fix software issues
  • Train you on specific software e.g., StationPlaylist Products
  • Etc.


This service costs $50 an hour. I do have discounts available, for the following:

  • Students (College): $25 per hour = 50% off
  • Senior Citizens: $25 per hour = 50% off
  • Veterans: $25 per hour = 50% off

Student Discount Eligibility

In order to receive 50% off as a student, you must meet the following:

  • You must be in college e.g., Community/University.
  • You must have an .edu student email address. For example,
  • If you haven’t enrolled in classes yet, but have a student email address, you will still be eligible.

How To Connect To A Session

Here are the steps to connect to the support session.

  1. Ensure that you installed the NVDA Remote Add-On with NVDA. The links can be found aboe.
  2. Press NVDA modifier key+N to go to the NVDA Menu.
  3. Go to the tools menu.
  4. Under tools, you will see a new option called, “Remote.”
  5. Expand the sub-menu by either pressing Enter or the right-arrow key.
  6. Press Enter on “Connect.”
  7. Leave the type of connection alone. This is a “client” connection.
  8. Press tab once. Use the arrow-keys to change the option to, “Allowed this machine to be controlled.”
  9. Enter the hostname by navigating to the field by pressing tab once.
  10. Press tab one more time to go to the key field. I will give the key to you. To prevent compromise, each session will have a different key that will be provided.
  11. Press enter. You should hear a sound, meaning that it has been connected successfully!
